OK guys I know that Lisa and I have built something here that is totally off the norm of drag racing and a lot of what applies to a drag car does not apply to my truck but they are the same in some ways . Last year we had a slipper clutch and have been 4.90's in low gear , .112 60 ft and 3.02 to the 330 . Trans would not shift and i had to lift at or just past the 330 cone . Then this year we switched to bruno and chance converter and had the worst possible showing ever . 1.40 60 ft , slow as turtles . For the first time ever I was actually embarrassed by how poorly we did . How does everyone get those bruno/converter combos to work with the screw blower ? I see them all the time in ADRL extreme 10.5 . Mine showered my ass in trans fluid both passes . Engine stayed on 10,000 rpm the whole time and the truck was slow as hell . If I go back to a clutch I will probably have the same no-shifting problems as last year . WTF Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation
